When we work with both the limitations of our mind and the capacity of our nervous system, we feel truly safe, that’s where possibility begins.

Coaching

Not therapy. Not a quick fix. A way back to yourself.

Most of the people I work with are not falling apart. They're holding it together and often very well.

They're thoughtful. Capable. Outwardly successful, by most measures. And underneath that, something feels stuck, disconnected, or under-expressed. A pattern in relationships that keeps repeating. A version of themselves that shows up under pressure and doesn't feel like a choice. A quiet sense that despite everything they've built, they're not fully inhabiting their own life.

Many have already done real work on themselves; therapy, coaching, reading, reflection. They understand a lot about why they are the way they are. And still, insight alone hasn't been enough to create lasting change.

That's because the patterns that shape our lives; how we love, how we work, how we protect ourselves, how we hold ourselves back, these aren't failures of understanding. They're intelligent adaptations, laid down by the nervous system long before we had words for them. You can know a pattern by heart and still not be free of it, because it isn't living in your thinking. It's living in your body.

This is the work I do. Not fixing. Not rescuing. Helping people build a different relationship with themselves, one that’s grounded enough in safety that real, lasting change becomes possible.

Where this work actually happens: Coming Home Coaching

While I hold the philosophy behind this approach, the coaching itself lives in Coming Home the one-to-one, trauma-informed coaching practice I co-founded and deliver with Mark Collin.

Coming Home works with people who recognise themselves in what you've just read: capable, self-aware, often already successful, and still feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or under-expressed in some part of their life. Patterns in relationships, work, self-worth, identity, confidence, decision-making, or emotional regulation that persist no matter how much insight has already been gathered.

We each bring something different to it, and it's the combination that makes the work possible.

Our mind manages our limitations. Our nervous system manages our capacity.

I work with the body — the nervous system, the trauma responses, the survival patterns held in your physiology. That's your capacity: your ability to feel safe and regulated enough to actually do this work. Mark works with the mind, using subconscious reprogramming to shift the limiting beliefs quietly running the show underneath your conscious thinking. Expanding both together, not just one or the other, is what this approach is built on

This is SomaCode®, underpinned by three things:

Science

Grounded in the neurobiology and physiology of the mind and nervous system, not guesswork.

Somatics

Because change that doesn't include the body doesn't last.

Spirituality

an underlying connection to source and wholeness, running through everything we do.

In practice, this programme happens in three stages:

REGULATE: 8 WEEKS

understanding how your nervous system and past experiences have been shaping your reality, and building the capacity to self-regulate rather than self-sabotage.

RECLAIM: 6 WEEKS

where the deepest change happens: shifting limiting beliefs and releasing the patterns no longer serving you.

RISE: 6 WEEKS

stepping into the life you actually want, with old barriers cleared and new capacity in place.

Plus an initial deep‑dive session — 21 weeks in total. Duration and structure can be adapted into a bespoke programme for individual clients.

“We don’t change what people do. We change what’s driving it.”

Private one‑to‑one coaching

While the vast majority of my coaching takes place through Coming Home, I do occasionally take on private work outside of it, on a case‑by‑case basis.

I will not rescue you,

For you are not powerless.

I will not fix you,

For you are not broken.

I will not heal you,

For I see you in your wholeness.

I will walk with you through the darkness

As you remember your light.
